Master Key Week 4 – “I can be ….

I can be what I will to be!

We are asked in Week 4 to repeat, “I can be what I will to be” 20 times per day linking it with a shape and color.  We are also asked to start with small things that we know we can control, gradually increasing our effort and not allowing the “I” to be overruled by circumstances.  I have had several circumstances come up this week and my blueprint has more than just peeked through.  Due to circumstances I have found myself being totally blocked, not having any energy to have any thoughts of what it is I want to write about.  Therefore, here I am, writing somewhat of this issue.

I will not, I cannot let this overtake me so I am taking control of this situation.   There is no choice here as I am on my journey to find the “World Within” which controls the world without.   That actually sounds pretty cool.  As I write I am reflecting on the past few days and realize I am allowing myself to be controlled by my emotions instead of by my intellect.  The good news is that it is said you will not succeed the first time you try, that practice makes perfect!  I am having what I would call a long practice right now so I plan on dismissing, eliminating and completely destroying any negative thoughts because this will not serve me well or others well.  I am going to plant seeds of prosperity and repeat 20 times “I can be what I will to be”.

Okay, I have completed Week 4 blog and I will continue to fight my way through this path to prosperity with intention and persistence and am thankful every day for the Master Key Mastermind Alliance.  A true gift that has been given to me for a reason-, to live in the World Within!

Enjoy your day,

Master Key Week 3 – “IF” I link the shapes and colors

Linking shapes and colors to chores can be fascinating.  Wouldn’t it be nice if we could give our conscious mind a little breather and fill it with only positive thoughts?  Some may think-, how do I do that?  It’s actually simple if we let it be simple.

To be totally honest though, I am finding this week to be a challenge as it has been extremely full, but I might add with many wonderful things,- which is also interesting!  The reading was sometimes beyond my comprehension so I would listen to the audio also over and over again.   That being said, I am accomplishing a lot so this makes me feel extremely positive and it is feeding me energy to keep working on my Plan of Action.  If I see this change already, I am excited and extremely enthusiastic about my future.   Creating this new experience is so uplifting and I know that I must step up my daily work with the MKMMA in order to move to where I want to be.  There cannot be any “if” here as my life does depend on it.

If I link the shapes and colors to my DMP (Definite Major Purpose) and chores then my conscious mind will get a vacation as it serves as the guardsman of the gate deciding what gets into the subconscious mind!!!  Remember, we don’t have to let them in if we choose not to!!!  That’s pretty powerful and to think-, if I was taught this early on?  However, I do not think another thought about it as the watchman at the gate tells me that it will not serve me well to dwell on that “if”.  I am choosing to link shapes and colors and enjoy for it’s the right time in my life to embark on this journey.    What matters most is if I pass on this gift!

Enjoy the gifts of shapes and colors!

Master Key Week 2 – “IF” I choose to do the work

As I have begun this journey of the MKMMA and in Week 2, it is amazing to learn how our subconscious is so embedded in our brain.   When reading about the conscious and subconscious mind it can really be confusing at times.  There is so much value in reading some things over and over again as you notice all of a sudden something you’ve been reading finally comes to the surface!  You pause and read it over again several times and can’t believe that you just noticed it.

I particularly have enjoyed reading Og Mandino’s “The Greatest Salesman in the World” Chapter 8 The Scroll Marked I.   We have the assignment of reading this three times a day-, morning, noon and before going to sleep for one month.  Talk about hitting home-, good habits, bad habits, and so many habits we have picked up along the way.  I have always known I have many bad habits but to be honest really didn’t see them as such a negative influence on my life.  At times I even make fun of my bad habits but now I see them in a whole new light and they are not pretty!  They do not serve anyone or me well so I am totally open and following through on our MKMMA assignments.  In Mark J’s Week 2 video he talked about his past students who strongly made the suggestion that he MUST stress the value of following through with all assignments as tedious or ridiculous they may seem.  So, IF you decide to embark on this journey it only makes sense to follow through with integrity or as Mark J says in his Boston accent “forget about it”!

Remember, this is the “Game of IF”-, we are at a fork in the road and have a choice.   I have made the choice to replace bad habits with good habits and know that I am authentically making changes-, not just saying I am making changes or want to make changes as I have in the past.

I never thought I would enjoy the assignment of blogging-, especially about habits!   If I only knew!!!

Thank you for the day!

Master Key Week 1 – The Game of “IF”

I love the game of golf for many reasons.  You can be at any level and enjoy, depending on how you handle your shots.  The views are breathtaking; you exercise, focus and enjoy the people you are playing with and the fun afterwards as you talk about how your game went and listen to others talk about theirs.  It’s fun to listen for all the “ifs” in the conversation.   If I had only made that putt, if I had not hit that tree or trees, if it hadn’t been so slow I would have had my best game ever!  I then say to the person or persons-, “it’s the game of “if”! “

I find this the same in our journey through life and that’s why I am totally dedicated to Master Key Master Mind Alliance (MKMMA).  I want to “key it” when I feel or see it.   Another words, when I see the door of opportunity I want to make a decision as to what I want to do with it!  Looking forward is exciting knowing I am embarking on something new, living life with intention versus the wheel of being overwhelmed realizing you are the only one that can change that stressful feeling.  As I quietly sit, I vision how my body is working all together in perfect unison and my organs are doing their part, I need to do my part, feeding it only good things-, food and thoughts!!!  So I am on my journey to creating my life with more focus, intention and understanding.   I believe there is a reason for everything, all is a learning experience and it is what you do with it that’s important.

One thing you may want to know about me-, I don’t like to write.  I consider myself a private person and I am putting my thoughts on paper or cyberspace!!!  Yikes!!!  There is something to be said for putting things down in writing.  It makes you think more about your thoughts, it puts a focus to your thoughts and it is surprisingly making me feel as though I am accomplishing something.  If I only knew!!!

Make it a great day!!!
