Master Key Week 13 – If we can be truly happy we shall have everything the world can give!

This week serves as a gift of bringing this class full circle as we are in Week 13 of the Master Key Master Mind Alliance Course.  I thought it would be a great time to share the story of peptides and receptors in the videos below as we have a much greater understanding and we can only anticipate with excitement the next 13 weeks!

In this weeks reading there were 5 paragraphs that simplified everything and totally resonated with me and are as follows:

Haanel say’s:

15.  It will be found that the creative power of thought will explain every possible condition or experience, whether physical, mental or spiritual.

I can be what I will to be!

16.  Thought will bring about conditions in correspondence with the predominant mental attitude.  Therefore, if we fear disaster, as fear is a powerful form of thought, disaster will be the certain result of our thinking.  It is this form of thought, which frequently sweeps away the result of many years of toil and effort.

Those little peptides of ours can create havoc if we allow them to be overtaken with negativity.  We want to create positive peptides and not give the negative ones the oxygen to live.

17.  If we think of some form of material wealth we may secure it.  By concentrated thought the required conditions will be brought about, and the proper effort put forth, which will result in bringing about the circumstances necessary to realize our desires; but we often find that when we secure the things we thought we wanted, they do not have the effect we expected.  That is, the satisfaction is only temporary, or possibly is the reverse of what we expected.

It’s so important to choose our PPN’s (Personal Pivotal Needs) carefully and continuously adjust, change and set goals in accordance with our DMP (Definitely Major Purpose).  The PPN’s and DMP will change with growth.

18.  What then, is the proper method of procedure?  What are we to think in order to secure what we really desire?  What you and I desire, what we all desire, what everyone is seeking, is Happiness and Harmony.  If we can be truly happy we shall have everything the world can give.  If we are happy ourselves we can make others happy.

When we leave this world, as we know it, what is really important?  We want to be happy and live harmoniously amongst our family and friends.   If we are happy we share that with others our happiness and are able to give more.

19.  But we cannot be happy unless we have health, strength, congenial friends, pleasant environment, sufficient supply, not only to take care of our necessities but also to provide for those comforts and luxuries to which we are entitled.

This is exactly why I am taking part in the MKMMA, Master Key Mastermind Alliance!!!  I am receiving direction on how to cultivate my positive thoughts into action and creating habits which will in turn inevitably give more to others.

Create your day!!!

Master Key Week 12 – If I persist I will succeed!

Haanel says “The only way to keep from going backward is to keep going forward.  Eternal vigilance is the price of success. Here are three steps, and each is absolutely essential.  You must first have the knowledge of your power; second, the courage to dare; third, the faith to do.

Moving forward means keeping focus, if you don’t focus you tend to scatter all over the place.  If and when that happens things become unclear, somewhat blurry and tend to get nowhere or go backwards.  I like the idea of moving forward each day.  At the end of each day I enjoy my time reading quietly and thinking of my accomplishments.

I find myself taking a more “do it now” attitude and even though I have many “things” on my to do list, there are also many things that come up day to day and you need to question the importance of the task in hand.  It’s important to make a decision and go with it demanding the best out of yourself.  If you can do this especially under difficult circumstances you are truly moving forward.   I have faith that my purpose in life is being fulfilled; I have to be honest, self doubt did creep in.  It’s all about what you do with the self-doubt.  Learning and using autosuggestion and the exercises are truly life changing.

I will be what I will to be!

To our success,

Master Key Week 11 – If we learn that we have the ability to choose our thoughts…

The reading this week was very intense in my estimation.  Did I just put a thought out there that this reading was very difficult-, yes!!!  I listened to the audio many times along with reading it, reading it quietly, reading it with a dictionary by my side to make sure I knew what every word meant.   Yes, I did put that thought out there but one thing I did differently is I kept reading to better understand what I was reading and I will come back to this as I learn more about the creative power of thought.

# 29 says:

By far the greatest discovery of all the centuries is the power of thought.  The importance of this discovery has been a little slow in reaching the general consciousness, but it has arrived, and already in every field of research the importance of this greatest of all great discoveries is being demonstrated.

We have learned previously that our subconscious mind is the “Watchman at the Gate”.  Time to step it up with the exercises making sure they are done with full intention!!!

Enjoy your thoughts,

Master Key Week 10 – If we have wisdom, strength, courage and all harmonious conditions…

Wisdom, strength, courage and all harmonious conditions are the result of power and we have seen that all power is from within.

I want to share this story of a wonderful example of this wisdom, strength and courage:

The 92-year-old, petite, well-poised and proud lady, who is fully dressed each morning by eight o’clock, with her hair fashionably coifed and makeup perfectly applied, even though she is legally blind, moved to a nursing home today. Her husband of 70 years recently passed away, making the move necessary. After many hours of waiting patiently in the lobby of the nursing home, she smiled sweetly when told her room was ready. As she maneuvered her walker to the elevator, I provided a visual description of her tiny room, including the eyelet sheets that had been hung on her window. “I love it,” she stated with the enthusiasm of an eight-year-old having just been presented with a new puppy. “Mrs. Jones, you haven’t seen the room …. just wait.” “That doesn’t have anything to do with it,” she replied. “Happiness is something you decide on ahead of time. Whether I like my room or not doesn’t depend on how the furniture is arranged, it’s how I arrange my mind. I already decided to love it. It’s a decision I make every morning when I wake up. I have a choice; I can spend the day in bed recounting the difficulty I have with the parts of my body that no longer work, or get out of bed and be thankful for the ones that do. Each day is a gift, and as long as my eyes open I’ll focus on the new day and all the happy memories I’ve stored away, just for this time in my life.” She went on to explain, “Old age is like a bank account, you withdraw from what you’ve put in. So, my advice to you would be to deposit a lot of happiness in the bank account of memories.  Thank you for your part in filling my Memory bank. I am still depositing.” And with a smile, she said:

Remember the five simple rules to be happy:

1. Free your heart from hatred.

2. Free your mind from worries.

3. Live simply.

4. Give more.

5. Expect less.

This story couldn’t have summarized this any simpler-, happiness is something you decide on ahead of time!

If we live by these 5 simple rules!

Enjoy the day!
